Angela Booker, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the School of Education at UC Davis; her research interests include youth civic participation, family-based problem solving, and design thinking as a way to support learning. Sh is currently studying ways youth, families, and schools make use of media and technology for participation, learning, and community development. She earned her Ph.D. from Stanford University School of Education.
